8/7/2020 - In 2016, Lassen county submitted a voter history file to the SWDB that contained no poll voters but rather 167 provisional, 4620 absentee and 5914 mail ballots only. According to Lassen County Registrar of Voters Julie Bustamante, this was an error caused by vote methods being mis-assigned. In 2020, Bustamante re-ran the voter history but was only able to use the most current registration file, resulting in a loss of approximately 2400 voters who voted.  ***USED AS IS***"
