Unit of analysis: RG precincts are derived from the County Registrar of Voters' original registration precincts.

Errata 1:	There are discrepancies in totals in the rg, rr and sr precinct files for four counties
037 - Los Angeles rg file has 33 more absentee voters than the rr and sr files
041 - Marin rg file has 1 more absentee voter than the rr and sr files
047 - Merced rg file has 1 more absentee voter than the rr and sr files
107 - Tulare rg file has 1 more absentee voter than the rr and sr files 


Errata 2:  Counties who reported the majority of their VBM voters in the mail ballot file 
023 - Humboldt has a record of only 29 absentee votes. The mail ballot file has the remainder of the VBM vote
043 - San Joaquin has a record of only 77 voters. The mail ballot file has the remainder of the VBM vote
103 - Tehama has a record of only 6 absentee votes. The mail ballot file has the remainder of the VBM vote

Errata 3:  Counties who reported all of their VBM voters in the mail ballot file 
011 - Colusa, no absentees reported, mail ballot file contains the VBM vote
035 - Lassen, no absentees reported, mail ballot file contains the VBM vote
